Returns and Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return it for an exchange or a refund.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the return request, and include items you want to return, reason for return and order number. We will answer with further instructions within 1-3 business days.
You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products.
Items must be in their original condition with no signs of damage or wear. Swimwear requires intact tags and protective liners. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
You can receive a refund in the original form of payment or an eGift card. Please remember that shipping fees are non-refundable
Once your return is received, you will be sent an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the transaction, so please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to be credited to your account.
Markdowns: Products purchased on discount or seasonal sale markdowns are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Swimwear and Accessories: Returns are not accepted if the wrapping, packaging, or protective covering has been opened, unless the item is faulty or flawed.
Original Packaging: All returned products must be in their original packaging, unless they are faulty or flawed.
Faulty Products: Damaged or flawed items within six months of purchase will be considered faulty. Normal wear and tear damage is not considered faulty.
Replacement or Refund: Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or repaired if possible. If not, a full refund will be provided within the six-month period. Returns outside the return period may not be accepted or may only be eligible for site credit, at the company's discretion.
