Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Renata Lozano offers free world-wide shipping on all orders above USD $600.  Below USD $600 there is a flat rate of USD $30.  Orders are shipped using FedEx or DHL depending on available rates and delivery options.  The estimated time of delivery is between 3-9 business days. 

Charges:

Regarding orders within the United States of America, there will be no additional charges for customs duties or import taxes.

Regarding orders to Panamá, there will be a tax charged at checkout of 15% of the products total.  This will be collected to pay for Duties, VAT and Fees charged by customs upon arrival.  Additionally, this ensures the order arrives directly to the customer without having to pay any aditional costs. 

Regarding international orders (those destined for countries outside the United States of America and Panamá), Renata Lozano assumes no responsibility for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or taxes. As the recipient, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. It is essential to settle these charges to facilitate the release of your order from customs upon arrival.
